SHIPPING NOTE: I charge exact USPS rates + a 25ยข handling fee for packaging materials.
I normally ship by the next day after receiving payment and sometimes the same day.
I will combine purchases into one shipment IF POSSIBLE to save on shipping costs. I say IF POSSIBLE because sometimes combining creates an "oversized" package which carries a surcharge.
RETURN POLICY: Item may be returned only if it is not as described. In this case I will give a full refund and I will pay shipping cost both ways upon return of item.
BUYER'S OPTION: Occasionally an item has many parts to it, some of which the buyer may consider "dead weight". The buyer always has the option of a partial shipment to reduce the shipping cost. Please note however that a partial shipment will not reduce the item's cost.
